01/25/2003 Entry: "Whew..."
I'm pooped! Today we had company over, the kids had a play date with another homeschool family so our day was filled with laughter, fun, games, and a few tears here and there, thankfully, fewer of those than the laughs! We had such a good time and I always enjoy spending time with their Mom! We had such a great afternoon discussing children, husbands, lives, our Lord, John Hagee, and a million other topics--and have decided we both need that at least once a week so we will be scheduling our Fridays for each other from now on! 
Dh was off today! What a blessing it was to have him home! He told me that he had good news for me, and then told me that he didn't have to go back to work until Tuesday! I was so excited--this was a long week, especially right after his underway trip--so this is good news for both of us!  Tomorrow we plan to stay in our pajamas all day...so if anyone comes to the door we're not answering! I have called my parents home a few times and keep getting a strange answering machine. I'm wondering if they changed their number and didn't tell me or something.  Mom?? Dad?? You out there? I miss ya'll!  
B finished one of the books I bought him and he's almost half done with one of the others  ...R still has a loose tooth that is dying to drop out but I think fear is holding it in  ...and my little C has a rash on her mouth because she has been missing the paci  so much she keeps licking her face causing it to break out in a rash.  Bless her heart...she's been sick too and I tell you it has literally taken me asking God to hold me back to keep me from giving it back to her. I guess there's not much that Mommies won't do for their babies...
We are off to bed now...I hope and pray that everyone is blessed!
