In my dh's defense, the people at the great and awesome Wilton's School Of Cake Decorating in Chicago Il, told my dh in the spring of last year to use crisco oil and flour to keep the cake from sticking...as you can see, although I suggested "Baker's Joy" my dh did EXACTLY as they suggested--and the results were less than eye catching...the "Baker's Joy" cake however (aka "My Cake") is a pleasure to behold.
