05/13/2003 Entry: "The sweetest thing!!"
Guess what my girls are upstairs doing right now? They are playing with my Barbie townhouse from when I was a little girl!! It is the sweetest thing and they are SO excited over it! I had brought it home from my Mom's house a while ago and I had put it up for a little bit...was waiting for a good time to bring it out and today was "the" day. B had gymnastics and then he and dh were going to a baseball game at the stadium. It rained today so going to the park was out...so I figured while Daddy and B were having a good time so would me and the girls. We pulled it out, cleaned it up and voila! It's beautiful. Yah, so the colors are neon green and orange...lol but my girls are totally enchanted with it! I even had several peices of furniture (they had some already too) and some other goodies that went with it. The only thing missing was the string that you used to pull the elevator up and down. My guess is dh can rig something to work that! =o)
SO...me and the girls will have a movie night tonight. I also got a contact on my business website contact form! My sil reccomended me to a company and they contacted me to do their site!!! I'm so excited! I'll keep you all updated on that. And then today we mailed off a huge package to my Mamaw with all of the pages from this thing so far printed off for her. She'll enjoy reading them--I promised her I would do that when I talked to her this week.
Well, I am off to go vaccuum the floors while everyone is otherwise gone or occupied!
